Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe papaya cut into spears
  • 1 lime cut in wedges
  • 1 tbsp Tajin seasoning
  • pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice the papaya into long spears.
  2. Arrange the spears on a platter.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
  4. Dust with Tajin and a pinch of sea salt, then serve chilled.

Notes

Choose a papaya that yields slightly to the touch for the best sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups kalua pork shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Toss the kalua pork with cabbage, carrot, and soy sauce.
  2. Place a scoop of filling on each wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.
  3. Seal the edges with a dab of water.
  4. Fry in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Bake or air-fry at 400 degrees F for a lighter version.
