  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese dressing

Method
 

  1. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Roast at 425F for 18-20 minutes until edges are crisp.
  3. Toss the hot cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  4. Thread the florets onto skewers.
  5. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

Roasting first means the cauliflower stays crisp instead of going soggy on the skewer.
