Passion Fruit and Yogurt Dip

Creamy honey yogurt with a swirl of tangy passion fruit to dunk with your favorite fruits.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 passion fruits pulp scooped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit for dipping

Method
 

  1. Stir the honey and vanilla into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Swirl in most of the passion fruit pulp, leaving a little for the top.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and spoon the remaining pulp over the top.
  4. Serve with a platter of assorted fresh fruit for dipping.
