Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups pear nectar
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pear sliced
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water

Method
 

  1. Combine the pear nectar and apple cider in a saucepan.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks and ground ginger.
  3. Warm gently over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the cinnamon sticks and stir in the sparkling water for a little fizz.
  5. Ladle into glasses and garnish with pear slices.

Notes

Serve it warm in mugs or over ice; it shines either way.

  2. Add the brandy to each mug.
  3. Pour in the hot water and stir until the honey dissolves.
