Chocolate Pomegranate Martini

A chocolate martini made even better with a glass drizzled with chocolate, and pomegranate to add that little extra.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 2 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup for glass
  • 0.25 cup pomegranate seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside two chilled martini glasses.
  2. Add the vodka, chocolate liqueur, pomegranate juice, and cream to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chocolate-drizzled glasses.
  5. Garnish with a few floating pomegranate seeds.

Notes

Swirl the chocolate syrup inside the glass for a pretty marbled look.
