  • 0.25 cup passionfruit pulp

Method
 

  1. Press the crumb mixture into a pan and chill.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth, then add the eggs.
  3. Pour the batter into the crust.
  4. Dollop the mango puree and passionfruit pulp on top and swirl gently.
