Cinnamon Apple Sour Cream Cheesecake

Our cheesecake has a decadent creamy texture. We then top it with sautéed apples. It has a graham cracker crust, finished off with a cinnamon spice mix.

Cook Time 1 hour 10 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 40 minutes
Servings: 12 slices

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 apples diced
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Press the crumb mixture into a pan and chill.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and half the cinnamon, then add the eggs.
  3. Pour over the crust and bake at 325F for 70 minutes.
  4. Saute the diced apples with the remaining cinnamon until tender, then cool.
  5. Cool the cheesecake and chill at least 4 hours.
  6. Spoon the cinnamon apples over the top before serving.

Notes

A drizzle of caramel over the apples is pure magic.
