Strawberry Sour Cream Cheesecake with Graham Crust

A classic sour cream cheesecake, which has a graham cracker crust and is topped with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam

Method
 

  1. Press the crumb mixture into a pan and chill.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream, then add the eggs.
  3. Pour over the crust and bake at 325F for 65 minutes.
  4. Cool, then chill the cheesecake at least 4 hours.
  5. Toss the sliced strawberries with warmed jam for a glossy glaze.
  6. Arrange the strawberries over the top before serving.

Notes

Glaze the berries just before serving so they stay shiny.
