- Add the garlic, turmeric, and cumin and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the cauliflower and broth, then simmer 18 to 20 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- Blend the soup smooth with an immersion blender.
- Stir in the coconut milk, season with salt, and warm through before serving.
2) Cheesy Cauliflower and Potato Chowder
