Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori spice blend
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix the yogurt with tandoori spice, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let them sit at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425F and arrange the chicken on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked through and charred at the edges.
