Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped

  5. Mash the yolks with a fork until they're nice and crumbly, then add mayo, mustard, relish, vinegar, and half the bacon.

  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 24 hours ahead!
