Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and reserve the icing.

  4. Combine the cinnamon roll pieces and apples in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and bubbly in the center.
  6. Drizzle with the reserved icing and caramel sauce while warm.

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Method
 

  1. Combine the wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, pecans, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the bourbon and corn syrup until the mixture holds together.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in extra powdered sugar to coat.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour so the flavors meld before serving.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat the molasses, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
  4. Stir the hot water into the wet mixture, then fold in the dry ingredients.
