  • 12 mini bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp green onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
