It’s extremely important to familiarize yourself with the wagon’s dimensions before purchasing. Naturally, you wouldn’t want to buy a wagon that can’t fit inside your car’s trunk, even if it’s the best on the market.

Does the 7S wagon live up to its sturdy, practical promise? That’s what I’ll discuss in this section.
The Basic Construction, Weight, and Dimensions
Keenz equips this stroller wagon with a robust aluminum frame that can hold up to 110 pounds of weight, which is no mean feat for an average-priced stroller.
To promote safety, Keenz reinforces the base of the wagon with additional aluminum bars. I like that they arrange these bars right beneath where the toddlers sit. This ingenious design is the main reason why this wagon weighs 32 pounds only.
When fully assembled, the 7S wagon measures 36” in length, 25” in width, and 44” in height. These measurements mean that it’ll generously fit two young toddlers while sparing additional space for packing other stuff.
When it’s time to go home, the aluminum frame bends in strategic spots to become 13” long, 25” wide, and 22” tall. This way, you can easily store this wagon in your car’s trunk.
The Canopy: Shade, Privacy, and Ease-Of-Use
The canopy is, hands down, the most unique thing about this wagon stroller. To assemble it, you’ll start by pulling four built-in aluminum poles, sitting in small dedicated holes. After twisting the heads of these poles, they’ll lock in place, waiting to support the canopy.
The canopy itself features a 900D polyester fabric, stretched over a foldable aluminum frame. On the corners of this frame, you’ll find four metal stabilizers that fit over the aluminum poles. This simple design makes it a lot easier to quickly assemble the wagon, even if your spouse isn’t there.
I absolutely love that the canopy poles can be tucked back into the frame. This way, you won’t have to worry about whether you have them on you.
All-Weather Versatility
Going out on a sunny day? The canopy itself will hardly be enough. But luckily, this wagon has a drop-down drape on each side to provide extra shade and privacy. To use these drapes, unstrap their bungee cords, and secure the velcros on the side.
On the refreshing days of spring, you can let your kids enjoy the delicate sun by unzipping the canopy cover to reveal the mesh liner underneath.
User-Friendly Assembly
Parents who have two or more kids will know how painful it can be to assemble large strollers. These models often require you to invest time and effort that you simply don’t have!
That’s where the 7S wagon comes in handy. To set it up, all you have to do is remove the cover and push the aluminum base until it clicks. Then, secure the underside clip to prevent the wagon from folding by mistake. And that’s it!
Before your toddlers hop into the wagon, you can take off their shoes to put it in a spacious mesh pocket. This way, you’ll get rid of the dirt while aerating the shoes.
Is It Comfortable?
The 7S stroller wagon features moderately-thick padding that sufficiently masks the bumpy aluminum frame. So technically, it should be comfortable. However, it won’t be that pleasant for your kids because it doesn’t have a footwell.
To be frank, I’m not sure why Keenz decided to ditch such a crucial feature. It gets particularly strange when you see it on cheaper options, such as the Pivot Xplore Wagon.
Is It Secure?
Fortunately, Keenz paid enough attention to safety standards. The 7S wagon has two five-point harnesses to keep your kids securely held inside the wagon at all times. And because the five straps have thick padding, your kids won’t suffer from that infernal chafing at the end of a long day.
On the large wheels’ axel, you’ll find a one-foot brake that you can apply in less than a second. I like how it’s placed in the middle; this feels more intuitive than laterally positioned alternatives.
If you’re handling the wagon from the opposite side, you can use the step-in brakes positioned on the front wheels. They aren’t as effective as the main one in the back, but they’re better than nothing.
Is It Easy to Maneuver?
Maneuverability is a rather tricky subject to evaluate. Naturally, you can’t expect a 36-inch-long wagon to be as maneuverable as a single stroller.
But when compared with a double stroller, you’ll easily feel the difference. Thanks to its compact design, the 7S can be easily moved around tight aisles and small doorways. The fact that it weighs only 32 pounds allows for smooth movement with minimal force.
The Additional Perks
Although the 7S wagon is pretty affordable, Keenz still manages to add some additional perks to provide the best value for its customers.
First off, there’s a nylon cover that you can use to wrap the wagon when not in use. I like that it locks in place with sturdy buckles: This should keep your wagon protected against the elements.
Second, you’ll get a medium-sized cooler bag to store foods and drinks on the way to picnics. I appreciate that the cooler fits perfectly inside one of the storage bags, which keeps things neatly arranged.
The third perk is the fully adjustable cup holder. You can mount it to the handlebar and adjust its angle to keep your cup level at all times.
Last but not least, the canopy comes with a drawstring bag to safely store the canopy when you don’t need it.
The Final Word
Although the Keenz 7S stroller wagon is a bit pricier than average, its impeccable ease-of-use and convenience are definitely worth it. The only major downside I noticed is the absence of a footwell, which might affect your toddlers’ comfort.

And of course, for that design to be useful, EvenFlo had to pay extra attention to the wheels and suspension system. Based on the customer reviews, they seem to have done a pretty good job.
Although this stroller is much smaller than the 7S, it manages to support a bit larger weight (120 lbs). By the nature of the beast, such a robust construction takes its toll on the overall weight and maneuverability.
Radio Flyer Folding Wagon
Do you think the 7S wagon is too bulky? In that case, I think you’ll love the Radio Flyer Wagon. To promote convenience, Radio Flyer stripped their wagon of almost all features. There’s no canopy, no pockets, no push handlebar — there’s nothing but the metal frame and padding fabric.
I’ll admit it, the first time I saw this wagon, I was instantly skeptical about the weight capacity. But as it turns out, this model can hold up to 150 lbs — marking one of the biggest capacities on the market. This gets even more fascinating when you know that this brawny stroller weighs 22 pounds only!
Unfortunately, Radio Flyer became too obsessed with the lightweight build, which made them ditch the safety harnesses. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend it for busy cities.
