Notes
The Ingredients
I start with oats, then I pour in fat-free Fairlife milk. It gives you more protein than regular milk while keeping the oats creamy. Then I add a hemp, flax, chia blend for an additional boost of protein, fiber, and healthy fats, followed by plain Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt, a nice extra protein boost from that as well.
