A Shredding Shortcut
Make these high-protein chicken wraps with me. If you meal prep chicken, this is seriously one of the easiest ways to shred it and use it in so many different dishes. I start by cooking my chicken until it’s completely cooked through. Instead of standing there shredding every piece with two forks, I use my KitchenAid mixer.

Just place the cooked chicken in a large bowl while it’s still warm, grab your mixer, and start on a low speed.
