Notes
Prepping the Toppings
I started by chopping up some avocado to add on top after they’re baked.
Five simple dinners. One grocery list.
No recipe hunting, no messy shopping notes, no complicated chef projects. Just family dinners that fit real weeks.
Then I chopped some fresh tomatoes because I love adding something fresh to balance out the barbecue flavor.
Building the Nachos
For the base, I used the Siete tortilla chips and topped them with pulled barbecue pork.

Then I added some shredded cheese and made sure to spread it evenly to get a little bit everywhere.
Bake them until the cheese is melted and everything is hot and crispy.
Then top with your avocado and tomatoes.
Final Thoughts
Seriously, so easy and so good.
