Prepping the Vegetables
I’m chopping up some bell peppers, but you could use whatever vegetables you already have in the fridge.

Choosing Your Vegetables

Adding the Protein
I used ground beef as the protein, but you could also swap ground turkey or chicken. Mix everything together and let it cook.
You could also add zucchini, mushrooms, or onions here.
Finishing Up
You can add whatever seasonings you want, and you’ve got protein, fiber, carbs, and plenty of color all in one meal.
