Mixing the Base
Start with a third cup of chia seeds packed with fiber, plus two tablespoons of hemp hearts for extra protein and healthy fats. Pour in 3/4 to 1 cup of any milk you like. Half a cup of vanilla yogurt makes it extra creamy and adds even more protein.

Notes
Adding the Pumpkin
Now the star. Three-quarters cup of pumpkin puree, real pumpkin loaded with vitamin A. Then add two teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice because it’s not fall without it. Then add half a teaspoon of vanilla, two tablespoons of maple syrup to sweeten it naturally.

Five simple dinners. One grocery list.
No recipe hunting, no messy shopping notes, no complicated chef projects. Just family dinners that fit real weeks.

Chill and Serve
Mix until smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes, stir again, and then chill at least four hours. For the toppings, you could use maple syrup with it. Then I poured that over the pudding and sprinkled it with a little bit of cinnamon. Save this one for fall.
