Mixing the Ingredients
You’ll start with Two Good vanilla yogurt. I like to go with two single-serving cups there. And then the Oreo cookies and cream instant pudding. You will do three tablespoons. You will then add half a container of zero-sugar whipped topping into the bowl, and then add some Oreo thins.

You’re then going to put this in a glass bowl. I crushed up some more Oreos as a topping here. And then cover that bowl and let this sit in the fridge.
