You could choose leaner meats if you want to lower the saturated fat. I used liquid aminos for flavoring.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb* ground beef can swap ground chicken or turkey
  • 2* eggs
  • 2 tablespoons* liquid aminos for flavoring
  • 2 cups* brown rice cooked; can swap quinoa or cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup* favorite veggies served on the side

Method
 

  1. Start with ground beef for the protein – you could easily swap ground chicken or turkey instead.
  2. Cook the beef through and break it apart as it browns.
  3. While that cooks, get your eggs ready, which adds even more protein to make this meal extra filling.
  4. Season the beef however you like – I used liquid aminos for flavoring.
  5. Add the eggs right into the beef.
  6. For the carb, use brown rice – you could also swap quinoa or cauliflower rice.
  7. Then add the beef and egg mixture right on top of the rice.
  8. Add your favorite veggies on the side and dinner is done.
