Here’s an easy breakfast I make when I want something balanced, filling, and actually satisfying without spending forever in the kitchen. I start with some mixed berries for fiber, antioxidants, and a little something sweet on the side.

Then I’m doing a cinnamon raisin sola bagel. You can swap this for whole grain toast, an English muffin, whatever higher fiber bread you like. For protein, I’m making eggs.
Five simple dinners. One grocery list.
No recipe hunting, no messy shopping notes, no complicated chef projects. Just family dinners that fit real weeks.
You can also do a mix of whole eggs and egg whites if you want to bump the protein up a little bit more. Season them however you like, and if your mornings are hectic, hard-boiled eggs work just fine.
The goal is really just to build your breakfast around a solid protein source, then add fiber, and something that you actually enjoy eating. And you know I had to add some veggies, so I threw some spinach in the pan. You could swap in peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, even frozen veggies to make it easier.
Add a little cream cheese to the bagel, some chia and walnuts for crunch, and that’s it. Protein, fiber, produce, and a breakfast that actually keeps you satisfied.
