White Chocolate Holiday Snack Mix

This is the sweet snack mix that everyone asks for the recipe after eating one handful. Pretzels, cereal, nuts, and crackers all held together by white chocolate — it's chaotic in the best way. Kids can pour every ingredient in, and the whole thing sets up in under an hour.

  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup Goldfish crackers
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup red and green sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Combine Chex, pretzels, nuts, and Goldfish crackers in a large bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  3. Pour white chocolate over the snack mix and stir until everything is coated.
  4. Spread onto two parchment-lined baking sheets.
  5. Scatter sprinkles and dried cranberries over the top immediately.
  6. Let cool until white chocolate is set, about 30 minutes, then break into clusters.
