S'mores Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 oz chocolate melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows for topping
  • 2 oz semisweet chocolate melted, for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix graham crumbs and melted butter; firmly press into springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar smooth; blend in melted chocolate.
  3. Add eggs individually on low.
  4. Pour over crust; bake 55 to 60 minutes until set.
  5. Cool; chill at least 4 hours.
  6. Pile on marshmallows; broil golden. Drizzle melted semisweet chocolate before serving.

Notes

Watch the marshmallows closely under the broiler; they brown fast.
