Pecorino with Honey

Honey and toasted nuts served with wedges of pecorino cheese.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pecorino cheese cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup walnuts toasted
  • cracked pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut the pecorino into rough wedges and shards.
  2. Arrange the cheese on a serving board.
  3. Scatter the toasted walnuts over and around the cheese.
  4. Drizzle generously with honey.
  5. Finish with a little cracked pepper and serve.

Notes

A drizzle of aged balsamic is a lovely addition too.
