Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball in chocolate using a toothpick or fork, letting excess drip off, and return to parchment.
  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate sets completely.
