No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites

Heat-treated flour makes this completely safe to eat raw, which means your kids can lick the spoon without any drama. These taste exactly like cookie dough because they are cookie dough — just in bite-sized ball form. Keep a batch in the fridge through December for whenever a snack emergency hits.
