Ingredients

  • 1 lb* ground beef seasoned and cooked, about 4 oz per bowl
  • 1 tablespoon* Red Robin seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon* garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon* pepper for the burger
  • 1 lb* baby golden potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces, about 80 grams cooked per bowl
  • 1 tablespoon* vegetable oil for misting the potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon* salt for the potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon* pepper for the potatoes
  • 1 medium* tomato chopped
  • 2 whole* dill pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup* Greek yogurt for the burger sauce
  • 2 tablespoons* ketchup for the burger sauce
  • 1 tablespoon* mustard for the burger sauce
  • 2 tablespoons* pickle juice from the pickle jar, to thin the sauce
  • 2 cups* romaine lettuce rinsed

Method

  1. Cook your hamburger with Red Robin seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper - chop it up and let it cook.
  2. Cut your baby golden potatoes into bite-sized pieces and get them in the air fryer.
  3. Mist the potatoes with vegetable oil and top with salt and pepper, then air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Cut up your toppings - tomato and dill pickle.
  5. Make a burger sauce out of Greek yogurt, ketchup, and mustard.
  6. If the sauce is too thick, pour in some pickle juice from the jar and keep stirring until it's nice, smooth, and creamy.
  7. Assemble the bowl with four ounces of the ground beef, 80 grams of potatoes from the air fryer, rinsed romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and the creamy sauce.
