  • 1 lb* ground beef seasoned and cooked, about 4 oz per bowl

  • 1 lb* baby golden potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces, about 80 grams cooked per bowl
  • 1 tablespoon* vegetable oil for misting the potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon* salt for the potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon* pepper for the potatoes

  • 2 whole* dill pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup* Greek yogurt for the burger sauce

This is a simple and delicious burger bowl that you are going to love for weeknight dinners.

Cook the Hamburger

First, cook your hamburger. I went with Red Robin seasoning because it gives you that restaurant burger taste without the cost. Add in garlic powder and pepper, chop that up, and let it cook.

Air Fry the Potatoes

Then you’re going to cut up your potatoes. I went with baby golden potatoes here, putting them into bite-sized pieces and getting them in the air fryer, misting them with vegetable oil, topping with salt and pepper, and air frying at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Cut baby golden potatoes in a parchment-lined air fryer basket before cooking.

Make the Burger Sauce

Then you’re going to cut up your toppings. Tomato and dill pickle is all you need, followed by a delicious burger sauce that you’re going to make out of Greek yogurt, ketchup, and mustard.

When you start to stir this around, you’re going to notice that it’s pretty thick. And the quick fix for that is to simply pour in some pickle juice from that jar you just used, and keep doing that until you have a nice, smooth, and creamy texture.

You’ll know when it’s done.

Seasoned cooked ground beef on a kitchen scale, portioned for the burger bowls.

Assemble the Bowl

Then we’re going to assemble the bowl. I went with four ounces of that ground beef measured out on the scale, and then grabbed my potatoes from the air fryer, going with 80 grams of potatoes, which is a good portion and serving size for this bowl.

And then you just do your burger toppings. I went with rinsed romaine lettuce followed by those tomatoes and pickles and that creamy sauce, and you’re good to go.
