Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 27 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, turning to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Remove salmon from marinade and place skin-side down on the hot grill.
  5. Grill for 5-6 minutes without moving, until the skin is crispy and releases easily from the grates.
  6. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving with fresh lemon wedges.
