Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for about 3 minutes, or follow its preheating instructions. Pat the thawed salmon dry with paper towels.
- Toss the raw salmon cubes with oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika and pepper until coated.
- Arrange in one layer with space between the cubes. Cook for 6–8 minutes, gently turning after 4 minutes, until the thickest cubes reach 145°F. Use a thin probe thermometer inserted from the side.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Equipment: air fryer with room for two fillets, instant-read thermometer.
Serving size: half of the cooked salmon bites.
Times assume 12 ounces of raw salmon cut into 1-inch cubes in one layer with space between them. Cook in batches if needed and allow extra time. Cube size and air-fryer models affect timing; check the thickest cubes with a thermometer.
Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours and use within 3–4 days. Reheat to 165°F.
Use raw salmon for this timing, not already-cooked leftovers.
