  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Add vanilla extract and egg; mix until smooth.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  3. Enjoy these fun and colorful cookies with friends!
  4. Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
  6. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  9. Remove cookies from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
  10. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
