Ingredients
  

  • 12 store-bought Rice Krispie treat squares
  • 12 popsicle sticks
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons red sanding sugar

Method
 

  1. Insert a popsicle stick halfway into the bottom of each Rice Krispie treat square.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip each treat pop into the chocolate, coating about halfway up, and let excess drip off.
  4. Immediately top with sprinkles and sanding sugar, then lay on parchment to set.
  5. Let firm up for 20 minutes at room temperature or 10 minutes in the fridge.
