Chocolate-Dipped Graham Crackers with Holiday Toppings

Ingredients
  

  • 24 honey graham cracker sheets
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil divided
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • 2 tablespoons red and green M&Ms

Method
 

  1. Break graham crackers in half along the score line for individual crackers.
  2. Melt milk chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon coconut oil together until smooth. Repeat with white chocolate chips and remaining oil.
  3. Dip one end of each graham cracker into chocolate or spread chocolate over the entire surface.
  4. Lay on parchment-lined baking sheets and immediately let kids add sprinkles, candy cane bits, and M&Ms.
  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
