Beef Tacos

Crispy taco shells filled with seasoned beef and all your favorite toppings.

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Drain off the excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning with a splash of water.
  3. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened and saucy.
  4. Warm the taco shells in the oven for a couple of minutes until crisp.
  5. Fill each shell with beef and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of sour cream.
