Baked Salmon

Salmon fillets that flake apart when you touch them and have been baked with lemon, garlic, and a hint of herbs.

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and brush with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper, then lay lemon slices on top.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Let it rest a minute before serving with the pan juices spooned over.

Notes

Salmon is done when it reaches 145F and flakes gently.
