Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 22 minutes
Servings: 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 spray* vegetable oil spray for misting chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon* garlic salt for seasoning chicken
  • 1/8 teaspoon* pepper for seasoning chicken
  • 1/2 cup* English cucumber chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup* tomato chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup jasmine rice Ben's Original 90 Second, cooked in microwave
  • 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese

Method

  1. Chop up chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and get them in the air fryer, using a liner to make cleanup easier.
  2. Spread the chicken evenly on the bottom, mist with vegetable oil spray, and season with garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Close it up and air fry at 425 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the chicken cooks, chop up your veggies — English cucumber and tomato — into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Cook the jasmine rice (Ben's Original 90 Second) in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  6. Build the bowl: start with half a cup of jasmine rice as the base.
  7. Add five ounces of your chicken and top it with your veggies.
  8. Top with two tablespoons of tzatziki sauce and two tablespoons of feta.
