Thaw mini cannoli according to package directions on a tray at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.

Arrange the thawed cannoli on a platter. If desired, press a few mini chocolate chips onto the exposed filling at each end.

Dust the cannoli lightly with powdered sugar just before serving to avoid sogginess.

Arrange on a platter and add mint leaves for color if desired.
