Rub pork with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place in slow cooker with broth; cook on low 8 hours or high 4–5 until very tender.
Shred pork with forks, stir in 1 cup BBQ sauce, and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Mix coleslaw: combine mayo, vinegar, mustard, honey if using, and salt; toss with coleslaw mix just before serving.
Reheat the pulled pork in a saucepan with a splash of broth, stirring until the center reaches 165°F throughout. For holding only, transfer the hot pork to a preheated slow cooker set to warm at 140°F or above.
Pile on slider buns, top with coleslaw, and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
