Cooking the Hamburger and Potatoes

First, cook your hamburger. I went with Red Robin seasoning because it gives you that restaurant burger taste without the cost. Add in garlic powder and pepper, chop that up, and let it cook.

Then you’re going to cut up your potatoes. I went with baby golden potatoes here, putting them into bite-sized pieces and getting them in the air fryer, misting them with vegetable oil, topping with salt and pepper, and air frying at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Making the Burger Sauce

Then you’re going to cut up your toppings. Tomato and dill pickle is all you need, followed by a delicious burger sauce that you’re going to make out of Greek yogurt, ketchup, and mustard.

When you start to stir this around, you’re going to notice that it’s pretty thick. And the quick fix for that is to simply pour in some pickle juice from that jar you just used.

And keep doing that until you have a nice, smooth, and creamy texture. You’ll know when it’s done.

Assembling the Bowl

Then we’re going to assemble the bowl. I went with four ounces of that ground beef, measured out on the scale, and then grabbed my potatoes from the air fryer, going with 80 grams of potatoes, which is a good portion and serving size for this bowl.

And then you just do your burger toppings. I went with rinsed romaine lettuce, followed by those tomatoes and pickles and that creamy sauce, and you’re good to go.
