Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 4 cloves (finely diced)
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp oil
Seasonings
- 3 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Steps
- Wash the chicken wings with clean water, then pat dry. Score the chicken wings ⅓ of an inch deep with a sharp knife, then place into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of flour and 4 tbsp of corn starch.
- Add all the listed seasonings to the chicken wings. Mix along with 1 tbsp oil. When all the seasonings seem thoroughly combined, add in the dry mix of corn starch and flour.
- Mix in the dry mix. The chicken wings will be a bit sticky to the touch. Prepare a tray lined with baking paper.
- Spread out the chicken wings and cook at 220°C for 40 minutes. Flip them at the halfway mark. When the timer is up, serve the wings with hot sauce or any sauce of your choice!
