White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Softer cookies filled with smooth white chocolate pieces and chewy dried cranberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 0.75 cup butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Cream the butter with both sugars until fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg until smooth.
  3. Stir in the flour and baking soda to form a soft dough.
  4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  5. Scoop onto lined sheets and bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Cool on the pan a few minutes before transferring.

Notes

Pull them when the edges set but the centers still look soft.
