Turtle Cheesecake with Oreo Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter; press into springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream; spread over crust.
  4. Drizzle caramel and chocolate; top with pecans and a few cookie crumbs.
  5. Chill at least 4 hours until firm before slicing.

Notes

Crush the cookies fine so the crust holds together when sliced.
