Toffee Pecan Praline Cheesecake

Creamy cheesecake finished with a warm pecan praline sauce and crunchy toffee bits.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 325F and press graham crumbs with butter into a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and pour over the crust.
  4. Bake 55 to 60 minutes until just set, then cool and chill 4 hours.
  5. Toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet, then stir into the warm caramel sauce.
  6. Spoon the praline sauce over the chilled cheesecake and finish with toffee bits.

Notes

Let the praline cool a minute so it thickens before pouring.
