Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 15 oz ricotta
  • 2 cups mozzarella shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan grated

  1. Heat oven to 375F and stir the ricotta, egg, garlic, and spinach together.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara in a baking dish.
  3. Layer noodles, the ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and sauce, repeating to fill the dish.
  4. Finish with sauce, the rest of the mozzarella, and parmesan on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 20 more until bubbly.
  6. Let it rest 10 minutes before slicing so it holds its layers.

Notes
