Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toss broccoli and bell peppers with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them around the edges of the pan.
  3. Mix teriyaki sauce and honey in a small bowl. Place salmon fillets in the center of the pan and brush generously with the teriyaki mixture.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork and veggies are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving. Serve over rice if desired!
