Method
- Whisk the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and cornstarch with two tablespoons of water to make the sauce.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Push the chicken aside and add the bell pepper and broccoli, stir-frying for three minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour the sauce over everything and toss to coat.
- Simmer for two minutes until the sauce thickens and turns glossy.
- Serve hot over steamed rice with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
Cut the chicken into even pieces so it cooks at the same rate.
