- Pat the pork cubes dry and season lightly with salt.

- Whisk the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and cornstarch together in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the pork and toss to coat.
- Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to every piece.
- Serve hot with toothpicks and extra napkins.
