Total Time 27 minutes
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb* garden rotini pasta
  • 1 medium* cucumber chopped
  • 2 medium* tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup* red onion chopped, optional
  • 1/2 cup* mini pepperonis
  • 1/4 cup* olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup* Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon* McCormick salad supreme seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon* black pepper

Method

  1. First boil your garden rotini pasta.
  2. Chop up your cucumbers and tomatoes and toss them in a bowl; you can also add red onion here if you want that extra kick.
  3. Strain your pasta and cool it down by running cold water over it, tossing it around to really make sure it chills.
  4. Add your pasta to the cucumber and tomato that you chopped up while your pasta was boiling.
  5. Throw in some mini pepperonis for extra flavor and some olives for a bit more color and depth.
  6. Top it with Italian dressing, as much as you think your salad needs, and then the McCormick salad supreme seasoning for the perfect finishing touch. Toss it around.
  7. You might find you need some more dressing, so go ahead and add some in, then top the salad with black pepper.
