Preheat oven to 325°F and place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan with 1/2 cup water in the bottom.
Cover the ham tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, combine brown sugar, butter, honey, apple cider, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until butter melts and mixture is smooth.
After the first hour, remove ham from oven and brush generously with caramel glaze.
Continue baking uncovered for 45-60 minutes, basting with glaze every 20 minutes until ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
Let ham rest for 10 minutes before serving, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top.
